Anna Scott

With a Diploma in counselling, a level 2 Certification in Horsemanship & Riding Instruction from the Certified Horsemanship Association and many years experience working in management positions, Anna’s work focuses on helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build emotional awareness in a world that often feels fast, disconnected, and overwhelming. She believes that meaningful change happens through safe relationships, embodied experience, and connection to nature.

Anna’s approach to teaching is grounded in an understanding of the horse as well as the belief that a person’s wellbeing is deeply influenced by nervous system regulation, relational safety, and the environments we spend time in. Her focus is on creating supportive spaces where people can use their experience with horses, whether in the saddle or on the ground, to explore emotions and personal development while developing their horsemanship and riding skills. Anna is passionate about understanding the psychology behind the person-equine connection and incorporates this into her teaching at every level.

Nikki Saunders

Nikki Saunders is the owner of Green Valley Ranch and specializes in providing farm based learning opportunities and horseback riding for children with diverse abilities and behavioural challenges.
